“Looks like you’re looking for something”
A drug dealer was caught by two undercover officers when he mistakenly provided each of them, a free taste sample of his heroin product. The officers, in return, provided him with handcuffs.
The dealer is a 22-year-old named Angel Rivera from Philadelphia caught and charged with offences like intent to deliver. The accuser was found with hundreds of dollars and 22 bags of heroin when accused of accusation, as reported by SEPTA Police Chief Thomas J. Nestel III.
The drug samples distribute free samples like perfume or pretzels to their potential customers, especially when the dealer has new products available, as mentioned by Nestel.

The officers were approached by this dealer when they were dressed in gloomy clothes near Kensington and Allegheny Avenues. Nestel said that the dealer was quite surprised.
The samples looked like dime size bags and had heroin in it. Nestel also mentioned that SEPTA police is now observing the Kensington and Allegheny Avenues area more, and working with Philadelphia Police 24th District to catch such drug dealers.
The undercover SEPTA officers usually catch offenders related to fare evasion and smoking, but a lot of times, they seize major drug deals and robbery cases.
According to court records, Rivera was released from custody after posting his $5000 bail, less than eight hours from when he offered samples to the officers.
