Brandon Lindemann, age 35 from Rapid City, South Dakota was indicted for two counts of sexual abuse and was found not guilty before U.S Magistrate Judge.
Reports suggest that the offender sexually abused a young woman near Porcupine who wasn’t capable enough to give consent, in February 2020.
The charge made was based on accusations; therefore, the offender is guilty until proven.
The charges and penalty can lead up to a fine greater than $250,000, or lifetime federal prison.
The case is prosecuted and investigated by Oglala Sioux Tribe Department of Public Safety and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Another trial for Lindemann is set on 8 December 2020 and released on the bond pending trial.
