A Kentucky man named William Michael Fields Jr., aged 37 was found to produce child pornography which resulted in 420 months in prison. The investigation was carried out by ICE and HSI, the Cynthiana Police Department and the Kentucky Office of the Attorney General.
The offender, according to reports, served as a Harrison County Constable and Paris Fire Department firefighter. He tried to commit into a relationship with a 17 years old girl, interested in a career related to law enforcement when he met her at a fire station in Harrison County and started communicating to her through Snapchat.
The victim was sexually harassed by Fields in an ambulance when he texted her to meet him and provided alcohol. The predator used victim’s mobile to record their sexual intercourse video and sent it to himself, and the video was later found in Field’s cellphone. Another evidence claims that Field sexually harassed another underage victim at the Emergency Medical Training Facility in Bourbon County in March 2019.
The offender is sentenced 20 years of prison under the supervision of the U.S. Probation Office.
Not only did the offender misused his position, but he also created child pornography images of the minor victim, as mentioned by Robert M. Duncan, Jr., United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
