On 20th November in Salt Lake City, a man named Juan Guerra was accused of sexually harassing minor children, according to — US Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO). The man lived illegally in the United States and was charged with a second-degree violation with four counts of sexual abuse.
The field office director for ERO mentioned that every day, local law enforcement and (ICE) work together to get rid of predators like Guerra so they don’t cause additional harm.
The (ICE) makes sure that these criminals appear in all the proceedings of the criminal court. Accused people are usually arrested for local criminal charges or have disregard for US immigration laws. The 2019 reports show that 86% of ERO arrests were related to pending criminal allegations or criminal convictions.
